Started out his campaign being too defensive. Start out by telling the people what you have done to bring about the changes the coalition promised. Please don't talk about crime and drugs for those problems continue to get worse.

That's wan good mantra to keep singing, can you tell when the illicit drug consumption increased in the homeland, you are smart that's an easy task.

It started since the seventies with Rastas burning the spliff and jamming to the music of Marley.  Drug use began to accelerate under Hoyte and continued under the Jagan and Jagdeo administrations.  The coalition parties made many believed that they can alleviate this problem but on entering office they forgot the promises they made and started to abuse political power and embezzle the resources of the state far worse than their predecessor.

Billy, spliff ain't hard stuff,it's using for medicine currently.

The question is the consumption of the white stuff.

People began using the white stuff since the late eighties.

Nope, not wide spread, unheard of in Communities.

i was there until 1996,not for consumption, export yes.,

I told you consumption in communities was unheard off, export yes.

If you know otherwise please present such with relative studies on the consumption of white stuff in Guyana.

It may assist i looking into the time of wide spread entry and consumption

I was in Pitt Street in Amsterdam in April. This place was bustling with people.

If the AFC cannot pull a crowd here then they are dead meat. Look like dem Indos went back to the PPP...but since this is not a national election it may not have much significance.

However, this means that the AFC will have a hard time negotiating for better positions with the coalition in 2020.

Should have stayed there and ask what is a punani, cunny and simutoo.

After the last election the AFC was only interested in who was going to get a job in the government as a minister, and what the associated benefits were.People like Gerhard who did a lot of running for the AFC, and paid it out of his own pocket, wasn't even considered. The AFC was also keen to support  the PNC in huge pay raises and expenses for the MPs in the new parliament. But tell me, up to now which AFC minister has excelled in his job, or actually done some work that anyone can remember? All that extra pay and benefits made them lazy. They are not fit for government.
