Hydar Ally is a good man. I knew him well before the PPP got into government in 1992.

Hydar is the holder of multiple university degrees and diplomas. He has more academic qualifications than Bharrat Jagdeo or Donald Ramotar or Clement Rohee or Gail Teixeira or Kellawan Lall or Clinton Collymore or Harry P Nokta, all of whom became government ministers.

The PPP kept Hydar down 23 years in a permanent secretary slot, appointing lesser qualified people as ministers. The PPP used Hydar to write propaganda pieces; that was his use value in the party.

Hydar is not tainted with corruption. He didn't build mansion.

Maybe, Hydar is seeing the light. I understand that the AFC has been courting Hydar among a few other PPP folks to work for the coalition.

They should jail these tiefin PPP bastards. Set an example for anyone who thinks that the assets of the state is at their disposal to do as they wish.
