Not sure, many middle class come now in visitor's visa and return home as life is better their it seems.  Unless the PNC is successful in dragging Guyana back into the abyss, Indians will stand their ground in Guyana.  BJ and the PPP are proving to be highly potent forces in Guyana.  And if oil flows one day, everyone will do well regardless who in power!
