(Guyana Times)Home Affairs Minister, Clement Rohee, has called on Opposition Leader, David Granger to tell the nation in whose hands are the over 150 guns that were handed over by the Guyana Defence Force back in 1979 to the People’s National Congress. The revelation of the missing guns came during cross-examination of Lieutenant Colonel, Sydney James at the ongoing Commission of Inquiry into the killing of Dr Walter Rodney.

Lets abolish history.

Knowing Walter Rodney or not is not the issue. The young generation MUST know their history. When I did history in school, I never knew about a lot of things, but I had to learn it regardless. They say if you don't know your past, you will never know your future. In America, they still ask you who is the first president of the United States on America's civic and history test. Why Guyanese must be robbed from this vital knowledge?

Cobra,if the young generation need to know that part

of Guyana history, with our current info technology

they will find it are they interested ?????.

The Rodney commission is putting some issues to rest,

and it is good for the Rodney Family, any one

going to be prosecuted no,using the information

to tarnish the character of individuals will not

help the PPP some of the individuals are with

the PPP.

Snake no one gives a rats ass about any of this.

PPP are in bed with all the criminals the same ones who would have received these weapons if this is even true so the fact is we have to be more afraid of the PPP.

Can you remind me why we had the Linden inquiry and who was prosecuted by the result? This was a tripartite agreement by all political parties. Why is the Linden inquiry was important and Walter Rodney is not?

I feel your pain. That must be a very traumatizing experience for you.

To date Granger has open the book of excuses to not appear in front of the Rodney Commission, he was in the Army at the time "Gregory Smith" was there, who knows  they both might have rub shoulders.

FM

One can safely assume, if Granger had nothing to hide, he would had pump his chest in the air and walk in front of the COI with a spring in his steps...come clean Granger....come clean

This is a good call.  Grainja must answer.  I think we should summon him infront of the commission.
