It was reported in the Chronicle Newspaper that Guyana has shown a growth rate of 26.2 percent. Yet still, the Guyana Dollar when matched up to the American Dollar is woefully low at $210 to one American Dollar. Based on the low value of the Guyanese Dollar, comparing to the American Dollar, it seems that something just does not seem correct with the Guyanese statistics of 26.2 percent of growth rate.
