Two teams will earn the right to contest the final and the final four standing will all start with an even chance of being that team when the GT Beer Keep Your Five Alive Futsal knock-out competition semi finals are contested tonight at the National Gymnasium between four no nonsense teams. Sparta Boss will throw down the gauntlet to Futures Stars in the second semi which would be the main event on the night. Back Circle will throw everything on the line in the first semi final against West Front Road with the aim of making it into the final and a shot at the top prize of $500,000. Second place is $250,000. Fans are however in for a treat as not only the semi final matches will be served up, a number of entertaining exhibition matches will also be contested. First up will be a grudge match between Bent Street and Sophia which would be followed by a shindig between Broad Street and Tucville after which, Tiger Bay will have a chance to prove they are better than Albouystown. Sponsors are HJTV, 94.1 Boom FM, Trophy Stall, Star Party Rental, A&J Carpet House, Ravi’s Car Wash (Pike Street Kitty), Cheese Please, Colours Boutique, Confidential Cabs and Banks DIH through its GT Beer brand.
