ESPN bettered Dream team 3-0 compliments of a “Guinness goal” (any goal scored in the last three minutes of the match is counted as two) off the heels of national forward Pernell Schultz in the 20th minute, after fellow national player Trevon Lythcott had given the team the lead.
Meanwhile, Hustlers downed Mocha-B 1-0 on penalty kicks, after normal time concluded 0-0 and Rising Stars squeaked past Admiral United 2-1. Daniel Abrams notched a “Guinness goal” in the 20th minute for the win after his side had trailed 1-0 throughout when Lexroy Manfield scored in the fourth minute.
Up-Like-7 benefitted from a Guinness goal when Anthony Darlington slotted home in 20th minute as his side beat Bagotville All-stars 2-0. Patentia Money Team edged Nismes Ballers 1-0 on penalty kicks, after normal time ended in a goalless draw.
Facebook needled Veterans 1-0 through penalties, following a 1-1 score at the end of normal time. Kacey John scored for Veterans in the 13th minute, while Jalen Williams equalised one minute later.
