Whats with Jagdeo and Ramotar and Irfaan Ali. Dem all love adah ppl headgear. Jagdeo went to India and they dressed him like a fool. Irfaan was in the Mid-east de odah day and he adorned his head with an Arab headpiece. And now Ramotar with feathers in a cap.
