In our young democracy, elections must be free and fair and the voters must be satisfied with the result to accept the next president. That's not the case here. This is a brazen attempt to roll-back our democracy. The people on the streets are tired and wanted justice for their votes. Voters are no longer sitting on their asses and allowed GECOM and the Coalition government to trample on their rights. I do want to see peace and non-violence during our electoral process, but at the same time, I am happy to see Guyanese standing up for their rights. I don't care for either party, though I care for fairness to the people.
