The Guyana Foundation UK recently presented a quantity of golf equipment to Public Relations Officer of Ogle Sports Club, Shiek Yassin.
The presentation was made at the Everest Cricket Club where the visitors hosted a farewell ceremony to wrap up their tour to Guyana. On tour the UK based team played a number of cricket matches and made other presentations to local clubs.
Gaitree Oree, who presented the equipment on behalf of the Foundation, said they are happy to contribute towards the development of sports here and will continue to assist. Yassin expressed gratitude to the organisation.
