Guyana needs to build up it's reserve forces to much more significant levels. Also there must be some plan in place to respond to the Venezuelans if they attack from the Atlantic and occupy the Essequibo river that was addressed by Gill earlier.

Essequibo is rightfully and legally ours. Guyana needs to bring the international community on it's side.

Our strategy should be to wear them down in a hit and run long drawn out campaign.  We cannot fight them on the battle field but we can inflict a hundred small cuts on them and force them to the negotiation table.
