Stop talking crap about margin of error. It's an improvement of 4 points from 34 to 38 which is more than 10% in one year. No index has a 10% margin of error. From 2012 to 2017, there is a substantial improvement of 36% and they went from being ranked at 133 to number 91. That is definitely some progress from the dark days of Jagdeo and his merry band of tiefmen.
