Yes, the PPP were the legitimate rulers for as long as 1992 to present. Unfortunately,  the PNC is NOT and never has.They always steal, bully or rigged their way into office. Even Maduro of Venezuela said Granger is NOT a legitimate leader of Guyana. Today, two years after, the so called coalition forces are sending chills down the spines of its citizens that people are completely fed up with excuses, lies and empty promises. But, the promise of increased crimes and criminals are fulfilled and runneth over. Who is responsible here?

Guyana is and has been overrun by state sponsored criminal gangs that are aided with guns from police and soldiers. When asked where these weapons come from, no one knows. Who is responsible here?

Their targets are businessmen and women, innocent families and children who they threatens to kill if their demands are not met. Taking people's lives is the order of the day in Guyana. 

Now, we have a jailbreak with criminals on the run. This is the second time this problem occurred in one year and now the entire country is unsafe and fearful to sleep at night.  

The Camp Street CoI enquiry on the first fire that took seventeen lives, its recommendations were kept secretly by the coalition and never implimented. Who is responsible here?

Today, one of the escapees was seen on KNews holding a high powered rifle, and said his freedom will come soon.

Our dear leader, Granger said the fire was an accident. I can't believe this man eat with the same mouth that he lied with his entire life. They say every dog has his day, but Granger day is quickly approaching.

We have a quack president who pardoned criminals on all national holidays, and Ramjattan, the security minister who takes no blame for anything. 

Bring back the PPP now. Guyanese don't know good until they feel the pain up their asses from the incompetent PNC/AFC, quack government. And, watch out for their collection thieves and criminal gangs when they come ringing your frigging door bells. 

It's time for this Government to GO!! 

The coalition campaign slogan is/was: "It Is Time". I agree, it's time for them to go. Burnham was a smart man, but this guy Granger fits all the description that comes from Nehru's book.

In 2011 and in 2015 more than 50% of Guyanese voted AGAINST the PPP.

One day the PPP might understand that it had lost the support of the majority of the population.   The elections were deemed free and fair by all, except the PPP so the PPP needs to accept the will of the people in the same way that they demanded that the PNC ought to when that party wasn't happy with the results of the 1997, and 2001 elections.

The fact is that the PPP LOST in 2011 and in 2015.  Were Guyana like other parliamentary systems the PNC and the AFC would have formed a coalition in 2011 and the PPP wouldn't have been in power.

The reality is that Guyanese aren't too happy with the choices in front of them so there is no way that one can definitely predict 2020.  If the turn out is low the winner will be the party that can get out its supporters. 

Right now the PPP isn't doing much to assure those who voted against them that their return to power will mean a new and different PPP.  Not with an angry and vengeful Jagdeo at the helm, a man who is now a disciple of Ravi Dev.

Only you would think that the jail break was a PNC plot. What would they gain from this? A fire in the midst of a PNC stronghold? Displaying that they are just as inept in dealing with crime as the PPP was?
