Kabaka boys mismanaged the project.

I got some from a friend they were very large the skin was thick and green apparently reaped too early.I used to get peanuts planted by the Sousdyke highway the were good sized peanuts.

Wondering if they still plant peanuts.

Correct and indeed it was poorly managed by the individuals at that time.

Peanuts were indeed planted and also it will be of interest to know what happened to the tannery which was operating at the Soesdyke area,

You are not only looking with rose colored glasses but with a severe case of glaucoma. There was nothing...not one damn industry making a profit in the state. They killed sugar, kneecapped rice, buried bauxite, sold the entire forest reserve to the Chinese with nothing to show for it and were about to lease away the Continental shelf fishing rights to the Chinese  again. Then they stole like there was no tomorrow. In the end they left us with zilch. Lets hope the present regime is apprentices at thievery also since the masters of the craft got booted out.

talk to Ugli about percentages so he could be fooled by it and not me. Also not all members got 50% increase. The sum total is hardly more than what Iffaart was stealing every year so that they are now there is savings indeed.

Not only there was the lavish increases in government Ministers, etc., but there were also the lavish spending overseas and the numerous give-away to political supporters in specific PNC areas.
