Person second from left in Picture, claims he was beaten by police on his right foot, does it look he was beaten[no cruthes for mobility]
Looks like you have the Hubble telescope. What else can you see from your position?
Django, whether that bandaged foot is fake or real, the unholy truth is that horrible things happen in the police force.
Last year two government ministers were in charge --- Clement Rohee and Khemraj Ramjattan. According to Amnesty International 2015/16 Report, "Allegations of excessive use of force by the Guyana Police Force during arrests and detention remained a concern. Guyana accepted recommendations made during the UN Universal Periodic Review (UPR) to strengthen the independence of the Police Complaints Authority and increase its resources and capacity."
Much work needs to be done to make the police force humane.
