The commentator does not state clearly the injury somewhat intentionally so we cannot conceive the situation clearly like he or a higher entity doesn't want us to resolve the problem. I am sure the hospital is not at fault but unknown conditions must have emerged in the hospital that cannot be spoken about because that would justify mental illness and its liability.
