GEORGETOWN (Reuters) - Preliminary data published by Guyana's elections commission shows that opposition candidate Irfaan Ali has won a recount of votes in March's presidential election following accusations the tally was manipulated.

The Former President Granger is rallying his troupes for a big fight. He is not going to accept defeat. Through the grape vine, Granger told one of his top aides, that the PNC had control of the election machinery and lost. Burnham must be turning in his grave to see that moron can't do anything right.
