Are you are ready to accept a female president of Guyana? This is not subject to any particular party, but in general. Dr. Faith Harding was the first female presidential candidate in 2011 in Guyana. Trinidad & Tobago elected Kamla Persad-Bissessar as their first female Prime Minister.

If Guyana has to change course of direction, a woman should also be given a chance to change it. With that being said, we must not underestimate the power of a woman. Women are gaining grounds on all levels of professions, including politics. Women played a vital role in every area in our society. If you have to pick a woman candidate of your choice, who would it be and why? Please note: Your choice can be within the PPP/APNU/AFC.

Gilbakka, I still owe you that response. Time is of the essence.

Something speaks fishy when talking about women. Knowingly, AFC history of insulting women and the recently attack on Priya Manickchand by calling her a fat cow and every other name in the book is evident that no one wants to give the slightest attention on this idea. You people are very cruel towards women. Point taken!

I nominate Priya for President.

A good candidate will also be Reepu's daughter, I do not remember her name but remember listening to her speak in parliament. A new generation of female politicians will be breath of fresh air to Guyana.

We see hate for the opposition shown towards Priya because she is intelligent, strong and pretty. D2 gets excited when he sees her picture. It is all envy that breeds this hate.

One is a manic and the other has a mania of a peculiar sort. That they would be apt candidates would only excite PPP kneebenders.

This is the reason you people can't get anywhere. My thread specifically state your choice of a female candidate of your respective party. Yet, no one cannot agree when it comes to a woman. On the opposite side, you guys are a bunch of male chauvinist. Don't fight it guys, it was just a test and it prove my point that you guys will always think less of a woman.

Where have you gotten to that others are yet to arrive you silly racist prick?

Also, one does not have to solicit women candidates or think it an unusual occasion and one that elicit a cause for celebration when one arise. That they rise is all that matters and should be treated no less perfunctory than any other.
