Patronage is the cornerstone of the PNC services. They hired only blacks as indicated by Volda Lawrence.
Professionalism: The PPP has it. They all have the skill and competence required by Politicians.
The PPP is not an Indian party. There are 48% of Parliamentarians and cabinet Ministers are non-Indians.
Guyana is moving forward because of the PPP.
With a per capita gross domestic product of $8,300 in 2016 and average GDP growth of 4.2% over the last decade, Guyana is one of the fastest developing countries in the Western Hemisphere. It is expected to achieve a GDP growth of 53% in 2020.
