The coalition government is not the PNC. It's APNU/AFC coalition government and they have every right to frustrate all legal means before setting a date for election. You should explain why you chose to call the coalition govt dictatorship when Jagdeo uses the same legal channel to challenge his third term presidency case. 

If Nagamootoo will be truthful, he too would also say that the current government is really the PNC. All of the other parties are basically just clinging to the gravy train. In reality, due to nearly four years of haplessness, the gravy has been mostly drained from the train.
