Guyanese New York Police Commander

Guyana-born Ralph Clement who came to the United States as a boy at the age of 14 has risen to the rank of Deputy Inspector The Commander of the NYPD and the Commander of the 9th Precinct. Deputy Inspector Clement wishes to transfer the knowledge he has in law enforcement back home to his beloved island Guyana.

Deputy Inspector Clement was recently featured in a few mainstream media in New York as America celebrated Heritage Month, as they track and highlight his path of success from his arrival in the United States to his present post as Deputy Inspector.
