think carefully of this simple situation:

You are building a house for $1 million.

Your son is a contractor and your neigbour is a contractor.

You tek out $1 million from your wife bank account, which she save and give the contract to your neighbour.

Your neighbour does not hire your son but his own Chinee children.

When the house finish, who get the $1 million, Chinee neighbour or your son?

If the answer is the Chinee neighbor, then the Guyanese taxpayers get screwed by the Jagdeo / Ramotar / Brazzy cabal. ROYALLY!

This Marriot deal was designed around the 10% that went into certain people bank account!
