The same countries that contributed to the Exodus of Syrian refugees are refusing to give them sanctuary. More than half of American States Governors are refusing to welcome Syrian refugees into their States since the Paris attack. Obama has plans to accept 10, 000 refugees in early 2016, but the battle between Federal and the refusal of States can make the process more difficult for helpless families, according to CNN. 

It is wrong to consider Syrian refugees as terrorists. These people didn't ask Russia and America to bomb their country and make them homeless and displaced. Canada should go ahead and speed up the process.
