It's been a wonderful year on GNI. As we're about to say goodbye to 2017, I want to wish each and every one of you a healthy and prosperous 2018. Thanks to GNI for giving me the privilege to participate in the daily digest. Thanks to Amral and Riff for being in the middle of the mudslinging.

My sincere apology to everyone for not completing the GNIer2017 thread. Fatherly duty called that took up much of my spare time during the holidays. I hope to finish it before yearend and honor each member title appropriately. D_G, I got your trophy in advance and I will honor it with pleasure.

I have one outright winner on the top of the list as the best Gossiper of 2017. Can anyone guess who that would be?

Nothing can ever end peacefully on GNI. No matter how much you try to be nice. It's the nature of GNI. Happy New Year everyone.

Fatherly duties will keep you quite busy, so you may finish the work by, possibly, in 2025.

I take this opportunity to wish everyone a Happy New Year. This year on GNI has been an interesting and informative one for me. I was able to spend a bit more time on GNI and participated in several good discussions, have learnt from everyone and have generally (maybe not for one time) kept my promise to myself to be always respectful.
