Every American president was great in their own ideology and time they served based on historical facts of this great country and to the American people. Ronald Ragan was one of the greatest presidents in modern history.

In a changing world, black and white is never an issue. Policy is. Obama policy was to upgrade workfare to welfare, and that was his bigger downfall. His foreign policy was another failure. He also never sets an example for blacks to uplift themselves. His messages to Americans has more racial tone than any other president. 

When David Dinkins won the mayorship of NYC as the first blackman, he thanked the negros for NOT rioting during a time of an unrest. He got a lot of heat for that comment, and eventually, he served one term as mayor. 

Mitchell and Ryan had declared that their job was to make Obama Fail and be a one term president. The racist Republicans did not cooperative with his administration.
