Seventeen-year-old Haresh Singh died of brain haemorrhaging and blunt trauma to the head compounded by compression injuries to the neck, according to a post-mortem report today.

Singh, is a relative of three of the suspects in the murders of cousins, Joel and Isaiah Henry and his killing on Wednesday was seen as an act of reprisal. There has been no arrest yet in his murder.

Singh, of Number Three Village was found dead in the Number Two Village backdam. He had gone on an errand to transport water. His motorcycle was also torched.

The post-mortem was done this morning by Government Pathologist, Dr Nehaul Singh at the Memorial Garden Funeral Home and Crematorium. The body of the deceased was identified by his uncle, the police said.

Haresh Singh didn't deal with drugs or gang-related. He is an innocent and hard-working young man. Indians must come out in numbers and demand justice and write on the square of the revolution that Indian lives matter. Why the double standard?

Whoever killed this young man knew that he would be in the spot at that time.  He was taking water on his motorbike to the laborers on the backdam.  Someone killed him and burn his motorbike. How come no one saw anything or smell anything in an area where Indians lived.
