Gone pass that ,Order 60 ,SOR take over.

Don’t fool yourself. Even the “not too clever” knows PNC lost and trying to change the narrative that their agents actually agreed with the outcome. Now they trying to change the narrative with spurious claims and anomalies.

Guess what, they will fail.
they ain’t getting close to power again for most of our lifetime.  The PNC has been outdone.

What was the purpose of the recount ? what the observation reports stated ? should they be ignored ?  the elections was close ,the narrative of the PPP is shifting from what is found in the recount , let's focus on Mingo clumsy tabulation of Region 4 ,well only die hard supporters of the party will agree with such narratives.

To validate the count as PNC hid their SOPs and Region 4 numbers were incorrectly declared. Nothing more.

PNC not going anywhere but to the back seat and PPP will be Government for a veerrrry long time.

Wrong ,the recount was to find out, validity of the tallied votes for the contesting parties for a credible count to be determined.

It's the first time a recount of elections was held for the public observation via audio feed and live video  tallying of votes along with observation reports. There are numerous irregularity and anomalies ,which shouldn't be swept under the carpet , they are found  predominantly in PPP strongholds ,which is nothing new .Since 2011 the PPP support have been dwindling ,so they get into action to offset by committing ELECTORAL FRAUD ,every steps taken to have FREE ,FAIR and CREDIBLE ELECTIONS in 2020 was blocked by the PPP. Two things the world have seen ,the clumsy tallying of votes by Mingo for Region 4 and FRAUD exposed by the recount.

By the way the election results was declared by the recount ,two steps wasn't taken from the Gazetted Order 60.

The last sentence is for personal satisfaction.

Keep yapping your fairytales until the second coming of Christ. The petition will fail and the PPP will be in power for a long long time.  Get used to that.

I agree. The SORs has overtaken the SOPs. Order 60 did call for examination of the SORs so those claims that the PNC are making will be heard in court when the elections petition comes up. Mingo's alleged mutilated SOPs will see the light of day also when the case against him comes up because his actions regarding those SOPs is the main argument against him. Even if the PNC wins their petition no judge will order the PPP to vacate office. The most that they will do is order new elections in 90 days. But that is a mute point as no court will validate the frivolous claims being made by the PNC especially since they don't have any real evidence. Only baseless allegations.

So all the observation reports are frivolous ? any way what ever the courts find ,they may call new elections. Take note everyone knows what the recount revealed ,they may have an upper hand to avoid the re-occurrence.

I believe they are frivolous but it is not my burden to prove them not. That is the PNC's burden and the court will adjudicate on it. The court would only call new elections if it is determined that the one in March was illegal. I am not sure what you mean by upper-hand and no re-occurrence. The PNC was talking about bloated list since before the elections and on elections and they few days following it they declared that the elections were free, fair and credible. It was only after the boxes were opened and the verified SOPs proved that the PPP had indeed won the elections that the PNC started making their frivolous allegations.

An understanding how cheating takes place in the elections and measures to be taken.

The PNC was talking about bloated list since before the elections and on elections and they few days following it they declared that the elections were free, fair and credible.

The voters list is bloated ,the PPP agreed to a new voters list and even suggested electronic voting ,after the NCM ,they party changed their mind and blocked every step to cleanse the voters list.

It was only after the boxes were opened and the verified SOPs proved that the PPP had indeed won the elections that the PNC started making their frivolous allegations.

The recount was to provide a credible count to declare the winning party ,during the recount many irregularities and anomalies was found.

My response above.
