The PPP won the 1992 General elections .... under Jagan they were a Majority party.

The Black House of Israel thugs attacked and beat up Haslyn Parris as he was leaving congress place because as a honest PNC Elections Commissioner he publicly declared the 1992 elections were free and fair and PPP was a Majority Party.

After Jagan died in 1997.....Jagdeo swallow all the PNC Nasty Sperm and had them on his face and dripping all over Freedom House and Office of the President.....overnite.....this made PPP a Minority Party.

Haslyn Parris was a decent PNC supporter.

Rest in peace.

Sad to hear. I worked with Haslyn in the early 80s. With Winston Murray and Pat Matthews and some others Haslyn worked tirelessly against all the headwinds the economy faced at that time.

He had a lot of smarts and he was a very decent fellow. There is one side of the PNC in those days that worked quietly to mitigate against the politics of the day. Haslyn was a gentleman.

Condolences ot the family and may he rest in peace.
