I do not see evidence of him doing anything. I hear stories of him ordering or paying thugs to kill a man. If you know more please share.

Five to be charged over Number 70 carpenter murder.
November 22,2016 Source
Five persons, including a suspect who was arrested yesterday, will today be charged with the murder of carpenter Faiyaz Narinedatt and the police are making every effort to have US based-Guyanese Marcus Brian Bisram, the alleged mastermind, returned to Guyana for questioning.
Crime Chief Wendell Blanhum said the case file was sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions, who yesterday recommended that four of the seven persons who were detained for questioning last Tuesday be charged with murder. The other three were released. During yesterday, another individual who was described as Bisram’s bodyguard was arrested and he too will be charged.
Narinedatt was found lying lifeless on the Number 70 Village public road, Corentyne on November 1 with marks of violence about his body. Investigators were initially treating the matter as a hit and run. However, relatives of Narinedatt pleaded with the police to further investigate the incident as they believed he was murdered, based on information provided to them by eyewitnesses.
A post-mortem examination revealed that he died from a fractured skull but had also sustained a fractured spine and other injuries.
During interrogation, two of the suspects provided detectives with written statements admitting their involvement in the crime. In addition, two detectives from Berbice were also detained for questioning, after they were accused of trying to cover up the matter. They both denied the allegation and have been released.
Stabroek News was told that on the day before he was found dead, Narinedatt had attended a party in Number 70 Village, which was hosted by Bisram who allegedly made sexual advances towards him but was rebuffed. As a result, the businessman allegedly ordered his associates to kill the carpenter.
The suspects, who were armed with several objects dealt Narinedatt several lashes about his body until he fell unconscious. His body was then placed in the trunk of a car, driven to the Number 70 Village road and dumped.
It was Narinedatt’s family’s numerous calls for justice and their refusal to have ranks from ‘B’ Division investigate the matter which led to the intervention of the Major Crimes Unit from Georgetown.
Bisram who is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and President of the Marcus Brian Bisram Foundation has made philanthropic donations to this country. During April this year, he held a fun day at the Number 70 Village, Corentyne ball field and pledged $200 million per year to Guyanese in order to help the underprivileged. In September this year he donated $672,000 towards the education of the five students from Tuschen, East Bank Essequibo during a dinner held at Marriott Hotel in Georgetown.
Bribe
The investigations took a shocking twist on Saturday when it was alleged that Bisram’s mother and a sister of one of the other suspects attempted to offer officers from the Major Crimes Unit an inducement of $4 million to release the suspect. The women were both taken into custody and it was also advised yesterday that they both face charges of attempting to obstruct the course of justice. They are scheduled to appear in court today also.

Looks like you are in denial and have selected ways of accepting guilt. During PPP time, you conviced the entire cabinet on hearsay from their enimies. Now you are crying for undisputable evidence.
REJECTED
On the night of the murder, Bisram was hosting an after party for the Community Policing Group and it is alleged that he made sexual advances to Narinedatt, who was present at the party, but was rejected.
Embittered by the rejection, Bisram allegedly instructed his bodyguards to “get rid” of Narinedatt and a scuffle reportedly ensued with Narinedatt and the men.The carpenter was reportedly viciously attacked by the bodyguards and several others joined in beating him to death, allegedly in the presence of all at the party
Let us leave this case for the courts to decide instead of having a trial in public. My experience working with Adult gays in the past tells me something is not right here.

This is a matter of law dummy. Innocent until Guilty. Can you vouch for any of the parties in this case so far?
Do you know them to offer some character testimony? How about the so called master mind?
Are you sure you could hand him to the hangman without hearing his story?
I know none of them and will give equal weight to their stories. That is what you should do until you know better.
Innocent until proven guilty.
In Guyana because of corruption it is difficult to convict the perpetrators .
And whether PPP or PNC, it is difficult. The reason being a long history of training at Sophia University on Criminality, Illegality, Mo Fiah Slo Fiah and other PNC goodies!!!!

Blame it on the seeds of envy, and green jealousy and complete and utter failure to meet personal expectations. Were you a catholic I would say seek out a Jesuit. They still believe in possession and exorcisms. Since you are a hindu, my suggestion is a grah puja and a hefty donation to the local mandir or a week long jag

Four charged with murdering Number 70 carpenter
- alleged mastermind’s mom among two accused of offering bribe to cop.
November 23,2016 Source
Sharmila Inderjali, 45, who is Bisram’s mother.
Four men were yesterday charged with the murder of carpenter Faiyaz Narinedatt, while two women, including the mother of alleged mastermind Marcus Brian Bisram, were charged with offering a $4M bribe to the investigating police officer to not pursue the case.
Appearing before Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan in Georgetown were Radesh Motie, 39, Diodath Datt, 18, Harri Paul Parsram, 49, and Niran Yacoob, 37, who were read a charge which stated that between October 31 and November 1, 2016, at Number 70 Village, Berbice, they murdered Narinedatt.
Neither defendant was required to plead to the charge.
Police Prosecutor Neville Jeffers stated that the file was incomplete and requested two weeks for its completion. As a result, the quartet was remanded to prison until December 8, when the case is to be called at the Springlands Magistrate’s Court.
On the eve of his death, Narinedatt had attended a party in Number 70 Village, which was hosted by Bisram, an overseas-based businessman, who allegedly made sexual advances towards him. Narinedatt reportedly rejected him and it is alleged that the businessman subsequently ordered his associates to kill the carpenter.
It is believed that the suspects, who were armed with several objects, dealt Narinedatt several lashes about his body until he fell unconscious. His body was then placed in the trunk of a car, driven to the Number 70 Village road and dumped.
Police are said to be making efforts to have Bisram returned to Guyana for questioning.
Meanwhile, Sharmila Inderjali, 45, who is Bisram’s mother, and Maryanna Lionel, 25, a bank teller, were jointly charged with corruptly offering $4 million to police officer Kamal Pitama, on November 19, at Eve Leary, to forego charges against the quartet in custody for the murder and Bisram.
The duo pleaded not guilty to the charge.
The two women were represented by attorney Stanley Moore, who requested bail for his clients, while saying that they did not offer the police a bribe but were only attempting to secure bail for the four accused in Narinedatt’s murder.
Prosecutor Jeffers, however, noted that a sting operation was set up and the two women offered the police $4 million for the four murder accused and to forego charges against Bisram.
He objected to bail based on the nature of the offence, the penalty it attracts and the fact that if the women were to be released on bail they may tamper with witnesses.
The court also heard that the case file was completed and a total of six witnesses are expected to testify for the police in the case against the women. Chief Magistrate McLennan subsequently remanded the two women to prison and adjourned the matter to November 28.
