That should be an initiative led 100% by people living IN GUYANA. It is they who have to deal with the consequences of poor governance fostered by our low key tribal warfare. It is they who are most aware as to why this low key tribal warfare exists in the first place. So it will be up to them to lead in developing solutions to resolve this issue.
There is only ONE reason why Guyana lags behind the rest of the English speaking Caribbean. This low key tribal warfare that no on seems really committed to ending.
Caribny, I like your term "low key tribal warfare".
Heal Guyana is a spinoff from that other group RISE Guyana - speaking of tribal warfare.
So Guyana do have a Tribe?? See I was not wrong.):
Is it the Sophia Tribe??????????

It's a euphonism for a race war. Carib does not want to put a bad light on the current situation in his beloved PNC Guyana.
I see TK is a member of this organization.

Those with a herd mentality, no personal conviction, no loyalty, and no value system run in whatever direction the drum is beating.

If true, he did quite a number here to convince everyone he's the sole black member left on GNI.
Give them kudos for trying
Instead of some of you knocking the people, what are you doing for Guyana?
Gossiping on GNI is not considered helping
I just joined them

HEAL GUYANA.
Impact is not to tell of our problems and issues, we all know of it. Rather, it is wise to tell the citizens how situations could be changed for the nations benefit. And there are a great many situations, every thing that citizens encounter daily is a great stress. People shd not live that way.
This organization has about two years to let the ppl of Guyana take notice.
I believe, there, exists the energy to forge a change. Forge is the word, for it will take sweat and tears. Hopefully no blood.
The proceeds from oil, under the control of good governance shd help.
ExxonMobil will give Guyana 2% royalty from the day oil starts pumping. After recovering investment costs, then it is 50% profit for Guyana. So far, Lisa 1 is the surest thing.
The country can be transformed with bright minds and future looking.

Brother Riff , this is what I am doing .
In August 2014 I build a bridge across a canal using Lumber to assist school kids easy access from school to their home . Within 3 months parts of the bridge went missing.
With other business associate, we used steel donated from Guysuco , this work until limers on the bridge start harassing school kids.
A smart A** hole remove the bridge barriers until a very close friend riding across intoxicated late night and plunge to his death.
On the 29 Dec . I will be feeding the kids at Alexander street kitty orphanage.
So brother Riff , you at times roll in the mud with us posters, you are no exception from gossiping .. so tell us What have you done brother. If not when will you start .

That will be odd given the big wars that TK and I had when he was still a member of Ravi Dev's ROAR and advocated tribally based regions.

Not Tola. Warrior was the benevolent house builder. When your memory is bad you must not run down good people.
