Minister of Health Dr. Frank Anthony has refused to yield to calls for him to take the first jab of a COVID-19 vaccine. He says while he is not hesitant about taking the vaccine, it requires more contemplation. Temika Rodney has the details.

I don't know what to make of this one. If he is not hesitant why has he not taken the vaccination? Is he really being altruistic? Does he have confidence in the vaccines they have? Or, is he waiting to see what the vaccine does to Irfaan?
