Let me know what they say about those two appellate court fools. ð
Based on what I heard, Guyana will be headed for election within a reasonable timeframe, that is, three months.
Once again, Basil hired less than desirable lawyers especially the lawyer for GECOM.
It is good that the entire Caribbean is witnessing this case.
They are having a short break.

Bhai, typical APNU haplessness.
AGREED!! The Caribbean MUST know of these incompetent Bastards!! The n2 socalled Judges of the AC should do the Japanese thing!!!
The government lawyer is arguing that Charandass is a Canadian Citizen and travelled with his Canadian passport, his vote is invalid.
This case is taking an interesting turn.
Jackass Bassil will not make his presentation.
Regardless of the outcome, I find Basil presentation quite embarrassing as a Guyanese. Sadly, he reads like a lil picney.
The Judge just fished him up with regards to his Voodoo Math argument.
Looks like PNC lost this case and Basil is still playing the delay tactic with regards to GECOM.
Case resumes tomorrow morning. Things are looking very good for People of Guyana with regards to an appeal for Elections.

He blames the PNC delay tactic on the opposition GECOM officials !

How can this fool want to make Charandass' vote null and void for an NCM and turn around and accept his vote in parliament for all the bills they passed? Wonder if the judge will confront him with this issue?
Amazing performance today for team PPP. Even the judges were laughing at those PNC dunces.
I have to agree that team PPP put in a very convincing and solid performance today. It was complete disaster for team PNC, further embarrassed by Jackass William.
I am very happy that the entire Caribbean is witnessing this case.
The judges exercised a lot of patience with the hapless PNC lawyers. One of the judges made Basil looked like a complete fool by clarifying what constitutes an absolute majority.
Basil is a disgrace to Guyanese.
On a more serious not, Charandass should consider taking legal action against the AG for revealing his immigration records without a court order. There is currently such a case in the Caribbean courts as we speak.

Those three young lawyers Datadin, Ramkarran, and Kissoon give me hope for the legal profession in Guyana. Brilliant beyond words.

I foresee a future AG for Guyana.
CCJ Judges were treated to PNC clowns today.
GNI slop can crew are in hiding. Dem battie will be on fire soon.
PNC are paying foreign lawyers $600 million dollars to defend a case based on the Guyana constitution. The one from Belize, Eamon Courtenay was laughed at by one of the judges.
Those hapless lawyers are probably laughing their heads off at these PNC clowns for paying them $ 600 million for acting foolish.
AFC PNC have to go !
It is quite obvious that the CCJ judges are trying to determine how to form their opinions which will include a ruling to set a timeframe on an election date since they figured out that the PNC is playing games with the date and are using GECOM to stall the election.
Is the Guyanese tax payers paying for the airline trips, lawyers and politicians salaries, hotel bills, taxi cab bills, bills for meals and bills for hotel staff and taxi cab drivers tips for this court to hear this matter?
Nuff stupidness. I almost cracked up...was like listening to Ross Perot Veep!!

Not surprised. We too were laughing at the Coalition dunces since they were yukking it up with their "bring it on" nonsense when they had no idea what was being brought on.
Moses is responsible for the PNCâs downfall. He was under a false sense of security when he assumed that no member Of the coalition would vote in favour of the NCV.
It was later revealed that he NEVER consulted with his MPâs regarding the vote and this is a result of his arrogance. Moses is not fit and proper.
Jagdeo was very confident that at least one of the coalition member would support him and he was correct. My guess is that probably one more member of AFC PNC was ready to support him but refrained from doing so after Charandass dealt the final blow to APNU.
One has to give Jagdeo all due credit in the manner in which he conducted himself in bringing forward the motion of NC.
Karma bit Moses in the As* since it was Moses who brought forward the NC motion to bring down the PPP administration. One has to sit back and enjoy as Karma takes it course. I hear a lot of complaining from the PNC slop can crew claiming that Charandass was part of a coup to topple the PNC. One has to ask, did they forget that Moses tabled a NC motion to topple the PPP ? Their memory is very short.
The haplessness of the AFC PNC lawyers was sheer comedy. I loved it, the PNC revealed that it is the butt of all jokes in the Caribbean. Their dirty and wicked ways have been exposed for the world to see.
Guyana has no tax payers Federation. Someone should start asking questions. Who is paying the bill. The Rank should turn his party into a Tax payers Federation and start asking some questions. This process is an abuse of Guyanese tax payers money.
Bai, PNC cannot save and love to waste taxpayers dollars. They cannot even build a toilet, how can they run a country ? Take a look at how they love to fete, wine down, waste and thief.
Jail some of them rass after the election !
Jagdeo will go down in history as the first leader who bussed the PNC balls.
I notice Williams sent ole man Marcus up to de podium tuh get bludgeoned by the judges. Which grave does the PNC dig these skeletons out of?
Still watching the proceeding.
The PNC sent 5 ministers to the CCJ to listen to this proceeding.
So one of the judges asked ole man Marcus what is his take on 162:2. Marcus responded "162:2?" Judge responded, "yes". Marcus continued "of the constitution?". Judge responded "yes". Marcus then said "I have 161:1. I have 161:2. I do not have 162". How hapless are these PNC fools?
As Marcus is busy trying to collect the blood caused by the constant lash the judges were putting on him, Williams seems to be saying to himself, "I messed up big time hiring this fool. He is even more incompetent than I am and that is a hard act to follow".
Looks like Nandlall was telling Williams, "where did you find that fool?"

They should have stayed home. It must have been painful to watch those PPP youngsters mek them look like lil Pickney when the whole world was watching them Tek blows like clothes.

Those PPP lawyers really had strong showing.
Even the judges think that based on Courtenayâs argument, voting in Guyanaâs parliament must be a charade and a rubber stamp.
I think Courtenay just walked into a red ants ð nest over what vote counts and what doesnât. ð

Yes they did!
Why does Courtenayâs assistant look like she doesnât believe Courtenay either.
The president just told Courtenay that his argument is far reaching. Then he interrupted the president then asked the president if he just interrupted him to which the president said yes. Where did Williams find these fools? ð
Now he mixing up Caricom cabinet with MPs. I hope he was wearing diapers. ð
That white judge has lost it with Courtenay. His anger is very evident. But is Williamâs fault for picking these fools. ð

I dont think they are fools. I think they even donât have confidence in the position they are arguing. This causes nervousness resulting in unforced errors!
