And some of my friends make jokes about what goes on here and the race hate by some members.  Guyana is not what it was 40 -50 years ago when most of us migrated. Did PNC release any evidence?  What they are complaining about does not even fall under the recount, while Mingo is squarely the reason fir the recount.

Mingo crime is the responsibility of GECOM, not PPP.
