There are no rules per sé, but some observed principles - like no pornography, criminal postings or should I say no postings that aid crimes, including what falls under hate speech, etc.

If you feel offended with postings fight back with postings. If this does not work because you cannot sway that person away from irrational beliefs then ignore such threads - they will die a natural death. The truth is the most powerful weapon here and in life.

So don't go asking someone to stop posting because that person posts one thread a minute, or asking someone to be suspended or banned.
