Hillary Clinton could become the first American woman to be elected President of the US_of_A.
While Janet Jagan, nee Rosenberg, was born in the US_of_A, her citizenship was revoked by the US government and she had to get a visa, similar to other non-citizens, who needs to visit the US_of_A.
Hence, Janet Jagan is not the first US_of_A woman to become President of a country.
Also of note ....
Janet officially became a citizen of Guyana in 1966, having been stripped of her U.S. citizenship more than 20 years earlier because of her Marxist political views.

Every white man and Hispanic man that I talk to is voting for Trump.
Mrs Janet I think was an American citizen again after that Israeli Rabbi won his case for dual citizenship in the American courts.
Mrs Janet was stripped of her citizenship because America at that time did not allow dual citizenship.
Sadly, her children destroyed her party.
