Certainly not in the Laissez-faire conception of trump. To change your vote you would have had to be forced in some way to vote in the way you did previously by some pressing circumstance that no longer presents itself. It is not simply " I change my mind" option. Also, tomorrow is the last day one can if the so wish change their vote per their exceptional circumstance.
There must be extenuating circumstances to change her/his vote.
One clear example is when it can be conclusively proven that someone other that the specific individual cast the vote.
Another is if it can be proven that the person cast her/his vote under direct threat or duress.
Bottom line .. Changing one's vote is not a simple matter.
So why was Trump pushing it so much

There are no explanations for why Trump does stuff....the man is an insufferable idiot
Only a handful of states allow people to change their votes. There are some who had voted for Hillary and then change their mind after the FBI story broke so Trump told them to change their votes.
He should leave them alone. Stupid is as stupid does.
