I stated as much. It does however makes the representative a free person to agree or disagree based on his/her constituency and not by diktat of party bosses. It means a better system, a deliberative democracy. But the PPP can never tolerate the decline of the elected king. They like the oligarchy and will go down fighting for it. They do not need to gerrymander the districts either.

PPP will not win a majority at the next elections, the most they will get is 42%.
But if the PPP pay the card well, they can score in the high 20's.
That means the PPP wins again - the Presidency.

The PPP had the majority in parliament for eighteen years. It's possible they can regain the majority in 2016. Contrary to popular belief on GNI, they can come back as the underdog.

Rejection as a child is never removed from the psyche. Given the prejudice that every one of these children would have experienced first hand they always vote PNC. If they defect it will not be to the PPP but to the AFC.
