Now that House Speaker Raphael Trotman has affirmed the constitutional right of Home Affairs Minister Clement Rohee to address the National Assembly as an elected member and Minister of the government will the disgraced opposition attempt to save face by disrupting the proceedings?
This can be expected as the opposition wasted a considerable amount of time waging its anti-Rohee battle. During this battle opposition supporters were drawn into the false sense of belief that they could've first removed the Minister by way of a no-confidence motion and when this failed the preoccupation became to 'muzzle' Rohee. All this time the opposition did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to address the needs of those who voted for them. All we have had so far are the spiteful and vindictive meanderings of Carl Greenidge and the bitter souls in the AFC whose preoccupation seems to be getting back at former President Jagdeo.
So now that Speaker Trotman has brought to and end all the efforts of his opposition colleagues over the past several months will they allow the business of the people to progress smoothly?
