Your resume indicates recent experience in as a Human Resources Manager or in a Generalist position that requires a solid command of Benefits Administration and Employee Relations.

You are comfortable as a "Go-To" for benefits information and have the potential to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Health Care Reform, Affordable Care Act, etc.

You're an organized, detail oriented, efficient, and supportive team member, confident about your knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Essential for this role:

Solid knowledge of federal and state regulations; familiar with filing and compliance requirements affecting employee benefit programs, including but not limited to ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, Workers Compensation, etc.

Experience working with automated HR or benefits systems.

Must handle sensitive employee and business information with confidentiality.

Take initiative, self-educate, and proactively communicate issues to provide all employees with pertinent information as necessary.

Lead training programs in areas such as performance management, lawful interviewing, etc.

Why would you put that in an ad?  Who judges that attribute?  Sounds like an injection of prejudice from the on-set.  You stick to professional accomplishments/track record and assess cultural fit and validate during the interview but not put this shyte in the ad.
