One NDC wants to see transport of property to pay property taxes. It's claimed they are computerizing the records at the NDC,one will assume land records from the land registry should be the starting point.

Foreigners who own property have to send copies of transport and ID for relatives to present when making payments ,this wasn't a requirement in the past.
