Here is how I see it:

The coalition still has to run the government and ensure election preparations are done well...

This will take time....I dont think the coalition parties is anyway near ready for an election because, haplessly, they felt comfortable that election will not he held until 2020...they need time to prepare...thats the reason for the delaying tactics...

All parties should come to an agreement, regardless of which party win, to engage in constitutional reform immediately after the winning party is sworn in...reverting back to the constituency system.

Only way to extend the time beyond 90 days, the opposition have to vote for such.
