India under the Congress party was in many ways a continuation of the British Raj by other means.  With Modi victory, Britian has finally left India.

Don't kid yourself, the Brits left India on a good trajectory to become a real economic powerhouse if not for the corrupt and pettiness of the Indian mind.  They squandered that the opportunity and now they are third rate and asking the Brits to come build institutions of higher education.

Traditional flows of Indian students moving around the world have since 2010 begun to change. Latest figures from the Higher Education Statistics Agency (Hesa) show an alarming 25% reduction of Indian students recruited to the UK.

The Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore (IISc) has taken the number one position in a new ranking of the top 10 Indian higher education institutions.

This school can compete with any western school at technology.  It is even better than many western school at computer science.
