Desperate PNC people want to crucify that upstanding lady.

Do fo do na obeah.  When the PPP decided to involve the courts in the elections dispute they must have known that the other side could play the same game.  Well here we are--it appears as if the GECOM Chair will now have to defend privately laid criminal charges, just like Mr. Lowenfield.

The PPP sought an injunction to prevent GECOM from making any declarations based on Mingo's fraudulent form 24. Mingo's attempt was so blatant that it would have been political and legal malpractice had they not gone to the High Court to stop him, Lowenfield and GECOM from comitting treason.

That is vastly different from all the silly court filings by the Coalition starting with their very first filing using Ulita Moore who is an APNU elections candidate to ask the court to stop a recount that her presidental candidate Granger called CARICOM and asked them to oversee. The Coalition doesn't even argue law or fact. They are forced to hang tightly to conspiracy theories and when they feel that not getting any traction, they resolve to veiled threats of violence.

Well like I said before "do fo do na obeah".

The case against Lowenfield is justified. The case against Claudette Singh is unjust. PPP/C is not playing any "game".

Granger and Harmon want power-sharing talks with PPP/C at the same time they're working 24/7 to deny a PPP/C victory? No way.

Believe what you want but the games are in full swing.  Lawyers are usually creative people who could find some aspect of the law to make or bolster a case so  these court matters could go on ad infinitum.

Power sharing talks/discussions are irrelevant to the specific issue for the election results.

Those matters are best suited for formation of groups prior to officially going forward as units for an election.

I get you. Ramjattan's "technicality". Doesn't mean they are morally just. That's why even Coalition supporters who have a sense of decency will not trust Congress Place in future.
