Frank is not charismatic. I pick the peacock Ramson but the institutional elders are too afraid he will not allow them to be carried on his back or whispering in his ear. To win confidence they have to be daring but that is not in their genes. They will retreat per democratic centralism into the cocoon of PPP idolatry/murtism and pick from among their insipid, ideological ranks.

The PPP need some one who doesn't carry too much political baggage and can attract people from the other side.

I have a friend in NY who knows them all well.  He expressed same sentiments but BJ cannot herd Ramson so ....
