This is the hot issue. The conversations between Iran and IAEA failed because Iran refused to provide the list of names. No surprise! The US needs the names to add them to the list of terrorists, Israel needs them to assassinate them. You don't need to be a guru to know that this is what happens. The IAEA officials include different nationalities. However, most of them appointed by the US.
