If Harper was running for office in any other country she would NEVER be elected because of the $700M exposure of the scammed investment her son was involved with. This is obviously a big baggage for the PPP.

This alone can bring down any government and/or campaign. How can anyone vote for her or the party she is associated with??? She can end up stealing to pay of the loan.

She needs to answer the question: How can she guarantee a loan for US $3 million? Doe she have that kind of collateral?

If the PPP wins and she gets in, how will this debt be paid?
