Do you think he would have heeded to Britain's advise to legalize homosexual relationship? There is a stark contrast between Granger and Jagdeo on human right issues. Granger appears to be a manly man and sees homosexual as a nuisance to society. Jagdeo on the other hand understand the nature of homosexual, and the arduous task they face each day to win the freedom to engage in buggering without prosecution. This is where I believe the PPP would have scored high and Guyanese would be able to celebrate with the world as a homosexuals free nation.

Under the PPP, Jagdeo had wanted to introduce medical tourism. With the legalization of homosexual, he could also benefit from Gay tourism. Gays from around the world would be flocking Guyana to enjoy every inch of Guyanese hospitality.

If a win is in his favour in 2020, he should embark on legalizing homosexual relationship. He can tap into a new HOMO-Economic wealth on Gay-Tourism.

Banna,

wha stupidness you going on wid hey...? a "homo economic wealth on Gay Tourism"?

Stop drinking the Demerara Rum and go to sleep.

Yes. HOMO as in Homosexual and Gay-Tourism is fitting to bring in revenue to Guyana. Its nice to be creative and name something after the Gay-freedom day. You must not jump to discount something as foolish of what you don't understand or think little of. Get to understand other people besides yourself before you opine on them. Nothing is stupid. Stupid is when you lack understanding on the topic.

BJ will continue in the same frame as he did prior.  I doubt he can change how and who he is.  Some things will improve some stay the same.

He will bring back his incompetent cabal and screw the poor.  But the rich will get richer.  Oil will make a difference, so that would be the open question.

In anycase, overall the country could be better off under the ppp.  I wished it would not have to be BJ, but as of now, he is the only game in town.

"Rigging" will be their motto, they were in Government  and  they were crying "Rigging" while GECOM was packed with Indo Guyanese.

All the top boys were Indo Guyanese after the 1992 Election.

Below is the role of GECOM,probably you know otherwise.

Role of GECOM
GECOM sets policy for voter registration, maintenance of the voters' list and the administration of all national, regional and local government elections within the legislative framework, whilst the Permanent Elections Secretariat implements the policy under the supervision of the Chief Election Officer (CEO). The Secretariat also performs the tasks of the National Registration Centre under the National Registration Act, Chapter 19:08 and the CEO acts as the National Commissioner for Registration. The National Registration Centre has responsibility for the registration of electors and maintenance of the registers whereas the Secretariat has responsibility for administering elections. GECOM is constitutionally obliged to act with impartiality and fairness in the execution of its duties (162 (1) [b], Constitution (Amendment) Act).

GECOM is insulated from executive interference in the performance of its functions. By virtue of article 226 of the Constitution GECOM, like other constitutional commissions shall not be subject to the direction and control of any other person or authority. Schedules for the conduct of General, Regional and Local Government Elections are decided upon by the Commission once a date for the election is announced by the President. Also, it is the Commission which decides on the location of polling stations and counting centres, assignment of voters to polling stations, arrangements to be made in and around polling stations and counting centres and all related matters.

You are a real piece of feces. I am starting to think you lose sleep over Jagdeo's sexuality. Did he spurn your advance? Maybe he didn't find you to be an eye candy. You are so obsessed with Jagdeo's sexuality...be careful not to pop a vessel in your brain. Are you auditioning for a job in the PNC admin?
