where are the industries? It appears you are simply spending begging bowl cash on projects one can skimm off of rather than actually building productive capacity. Where is the brick factory, the small engine production facility, the artisans ie ceramics producers, the machine shops the fabricators of the basics we need ie toilets, bath tubs etc what we buy en mass from abroad?
