Why is BJ prancing around like a dick-head talking irrational crap.  He celebrated the bridge as his [innovative] financing model brainchild against the recommendation of the WB.  I was in Guyana when it was being built and he was on TV boasting and citing some Finance 201 and 301 terminology to impress the cane cutters.

This is fairly simple to clarify.  The bridge has Operating Cost, it has Revenues and the rates are established to cover the costs.  We don't need his nonsense about the 135 page contract to tell the people, what provisions are there to cover costs in event Revenue assumptions fall short?

He just saying don't increase don't cut it.  Where does the additional funding come from?  Who ever it is, it should be in the 135 pages somewhere.  If so, then take their asses to court to fulfill their contractual obligation.

And here was I thinking that tons of blacks were crowning Jagdeo their Lord and Savior.  If the PPP cannot get Berbice blacks they definitely aren't getting those in the more hard core PNC areas in GT and Linden.

In fact the bridge was a campaign issue with many Berbicians angered at the fact that they were no longer allowed to use the ferry or other modes of transit.  This to force everyone to pay Jagdeo's buddies the tolls.

But Berbice PPP supporters are slaves which is why they remain where they are as Guysuco collapses due to PPP incompetence.

BJ don’t need many black votes. He has Indian, most putagee, Chinese, Amerindian, about 35% duglas.   That will take the PPP to victory. He will also get the Brazillion, Cuban and Venos.
