Pointblank, those high powered attorneys can't do anything for anyone. They are hoping to get the illegals to marry and get sponsorship where they charged $15,000.00 to these poor immigrants. I will pass by to hear what nonsense they will be preaching to the illegals. They are invoking fear into these people so they can spend two years of their hard earned salary to these creeps.

My big sister and her husband have been in NYC for a few weeks attending some funerals. On their way home to Atlanta last night, they stopped by me and filled me in on all the goings-on on Liberty Avenue; the raids near Sybil's; etc. He and I got into a big argument. He's claiming that Trump is right, that all these illegals are taking up jobs and enjoying all the benefits that we pay for, that they deserve to be deported, so that the whites and legal immigrants can get jobs and the country can gradually start improving. He's a lawyer, I can't win him.

I agree with him,from the get go it's illegal to stay in any Country without the required permits to stay and work,further it's Illegal for Businesses to hire people who don't have permits to work.

I will not hire any Illegal,the fine is a bit hefty.

It shows you not all lawyers are smart, ask him if he would clean the toilets, would he cut the grass, clean the snow etc., The Illegals do the work the legals don't want to do, Donald Trump employs Illegals in Florida on his golf courses, he defended that by saying the locals complain about the heat. If illegals means you don't have official documents, then the Italians, Portuguese and other Europeans first came to America without Papers, but they built the roads, rails and the many buildings. Your brother-in-law job will never be threatened by an illegal, to start , one that is so qualified would not come as an illegal. My daughter is a senior partner in Michigan.

Vishnu, I resent this remark. There is no need to get personal with serious concerns. You need to be courteous to everyone including me. 

I see about 25 Persons in attendance. Many who are illegal were probable too scared to show up.

Objectively, this is a good cause and we must stand up and assist our Guyanese brothers and sisters.

Many who fled the Afro led Burnham and Hoyte dictatorship era came here illegally and are now outstanding citizens. President Trump is approaching this hot button immigration issue with a heavy handed approach and in an unjust manner.

Kudos to Vish for helping out in a good cause.

Illegals must also be wary of a few immigration lawyers who might want to take advantage of them. Most immigration lawyers are good people.

Overall, this is a good cause and let us give jack his jacket.
